1. Identifying Data and Acceptance This document establishes the general conditions of use of the website lacasademima.es and the accommodation and event services offered by La Casa de Mima (Tourist License: HUTB-065453-70). By accessing, navigating, and making a reservation on this site, the user expressly and without exceptions accepts compliance with these conditions.

2. User Responsibility and Obligations

  • El usuario se compromete a proporcionar información veraz en los formularios de reserva o contacto.

  • The use of the website for fraudulent, illegal purposes, or that may damage the reputation, infrastructure, or interests of La Casa de Mima is strictly prohibited.

  • The main user making the reservation must be over 18 years old and is responsible for the behavior of all companions during the stay.

3. Reservations, Prices, and Payments

  • Confirmation: All reservations are subject to availability and will only be considered confirmed once the user receives the confirmation notification and the corresponding payment or deposit has been processed.

  • Payment methods: Accepted payment methods will be specified on the booking platform. For payments of extra services or deposits at the accommodation, it will be specified if they must be made in cash.

  • Tourist Tax: The prices shown do not include the tourist tax of Catalonia, which must be paid by the guest in accordance with the applicable legal regulations at the time of check-in.

4. House Rules and Coexistence By booking at La Casa de Mima, the guest agrees to strictly comply with the following accommodation policies:

  • Schedules: Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and check-out is from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM. It is mandatory to inform the arrival time in advance.

  • Rest: The established quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM must be respected.

  • Events and Parties: The celebration of parties, events, or bachelor/bachelorette parties in the rooms is not allowed. Special events must be booked independently through our Events section.

  • Pets: Pets are allowed upon request, subject to an extra charge per night and per pet, and require a refundable cash deposit at check-out, after inspection.

  • No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and closed common areas.

5. Damage Policy

  • Guests are responsible for keeping the property, furniture, and equipment in good condition.

  • In case of causing damage to the property during the stay, the accommodation reserves the right to charge the guest up to a maximum of €450 after check-out, in accordance with our Damage Policy.

6. Modifications and Cancellations

  • La Casa de Mima reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations in case of force majeure or unforeseen exceptional circumstances that prevent the service from being offered, refunding the user the amounts paid.

  • The cancellation and prepayment policies for the user will vary depending on the type of room, the selected rate, and the platform where the reservation was made. The user must review these conditions before confirming the payment.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website, including texts, photographs, logos, graphic design, and source code, is the exclusive property of La Casa de Mima or has the corresponding licenses.

  • Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from the property.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction These conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation. For any disputes that may arise from the use of this website or the contracted services, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the province of Barcelona.
